ACT/Teamcraft bug workaround

Due to a bug in the packet parsing library that both ACT and Teamcraft use, enabling the XIVChat Server will prevent them from working. There is, however, a workaround for this. Please see below for guides for each program.

ACT

1. Install npcap if you haven't installed it yet.
2. Configure ACT as shown in the circled portion of the screenshot below.

Teamcraft

1. Install npcap if you haven't installed it yet.
2. Edit your shortcut to Teamcraft as shown in the screenshot below (add a space and -wp to the end of the Target field).
